It is their duty to provide students with a detailed program of study. Visiting these workshops teachers can give out their knowledge.

They got training in various fields for example: giving instruction and delivering them, development of leading skills, how to evaluate a program, to consult a performance. After they are trained, they are given a mandate on running an institution to prosperity.

Those involved in heading the institutions are trained on how to handle the human capital, resources, and social capital which are the main cause of many schools falling. They are trained how to analyze a talent and to forecasting tap talents, hiring process how to judge a certain behavior, facilitating an institution, developing key abilities and able models for tasks together with job groups.

In a learning center persons from different places meet with their talents. These talents ought to be be protected from extinction by a defined program. They should be closely monitored to be sure of positive and uniform progress. Lead By doing this the students will be motivated and also their talents can to the growth of the institution.

Students should occasionally be assessed to determine their progress. The intervals for doing this should be defined accordingly. It may be in term of exams or a questionnaire about a certain course or a tutor.
